Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Noble Barons X prepares, dispatches and delivers orders placed through noblebaronsx.shop. It deals with delivery operations only; cancellation and faulty-goods procedures are contained in the Return and Refund Policy.

1. Standard delivery price

Standard delivery is free for every accepted order unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed. If an optional faster, timed, insured or specialist service is offered, its price and conditions are shown before selection. No undisclosed delivery charge is added after the order is submitted.

2. Delivery destinations

We deliver only to destinations accepted by checkout. Availability can depend on postcode, product characteristics, carrier restrictions, sanctions, import rules or service coverage. Acceptance of an address at checkout does not guarantee that every optional carrier service is available there.

3. Estimated delivery period

The agreed estimated delivery period is 15–20 days from order acceptance unless a product page or checkout clearly states and the customer accepts a different period. The estimate includes ordinary preparation and carrier transit. It is not a guaranteed appointment, but it is a meaningful contractual estimate and does not remove remedies for failure to deliver within the agreed or legally required time.

4. Order preparation

Preparation can include payment confirmation, fraud screening, address review, stock allocation, quality or quantity checks, packaging and carrier handover. Orders placed outside business processing hours begin review at the next reasonable opportunity. A dispatch notice means the parcel has been prepared or handed to the delivery network, as indicated by the message.

5. Address responsibility and corrections

Customers must provide a complete deliverable address, recipient name and any necessary access information. Contact info@noblebaronsx.shop promptly to request a correction. We will make reasonable efforts before dispatch, but cannot promise that a parcel can be redirected after carrier handover. We remain responsible for errors introduced by us or our providers.

6. Postal boxes, restricted sites and remote locations

Some carriers cannot deliver certain goods to postal boxes, military addresses, islands, remote postcodes, secure facilities or locations requiring specialised access. If a restriction is identified after ordering, we will request a suitable alternative or provide an appropriate cancellation and refund rather than silently abandoning the order.

7. Split shipments

An order may be divided because products are stored in different locations, have different preparation times or require separate packaging. Split delivery does not create an extra standard-delivery charge. Tracking and packaging references may differ. The order is not treated as fully delivered until all contracted items have been received.

8. Tracking

Where available, tracking is sent to the order email or displayed in the order-status service. Initial scans may take time and intermediate scans may be absent. Estimated dates generated by a carrier are informational unless expressly agreed by us. A delivered scan is not conclusive where the customer did not actually receive the parcel.

9. Carriers and fulfilment partners

We may use postal operators, couriers, warehouses and fulfilment partners. Service choice can depend on size, weight, destination, capacity and operational requirements. The customer generally contracts with us for delivery, not with the carrier, and should contact us if a carrier cannot resolve an issue.

10. Transfer of risk

For a consumer purchase, accidental loss or damage generally remains our risk until the customer or a nominated person other than the carrier takes physical possession. If the customer independently commissions a carrier that we did not offer, different statutory rules may apply. Delivery to an agreed safe place or nominated recipient can amount to possession according to the authority given.

11. Safe-place and neighbour delivery

If a customer expressly authorises a safe place, neighbour, concierge, reception or collection point, the customer should ensure it is suitable and accessible. Carrier use of an unauthorised location does not automatically establish proper delivery. Report a disputed delivery promptly so evidence can be preserved.

12. Delivery attempts and collection

A carrier may make more than one attempt, leave a card, contact the recipient or direct the parcel to a collection location. Customers should follow legitimate instructions within the stated collection period. Messages should be checked carefully for phishing; payment credentials should not be entered through an unverified link.

13. Failed delivery caused by address or access issues

If delivery fails because the address supplied by the customer is materially incomplete or access is repeatedly unavailable, the parcel may be returned. We will contact the customer to arrange a lawful solution. A reasonable additional cost may be charged only if it was properly disclosed or agreed and reflects a cost caused by the customer; statutory cancellation and refund rights remain applicable.

14. Refused parcels

Refusing delivery does not always communicate a legally sufficient cancellation to us. A customer who wishes to cancel should also send a clear notice. Refusal because a parcel is visibly damaged should be reported immediately so that replacement, refund or other remedies can be arranged.

15. Delays

Delays may arise from severe weather, public holidays, industrial action, transport interruption, customs examination, capacity constraints, security events, inaccurate address data or other circumstances. We will provide material information available to us and take reasonable mitigation steps. A generic force-majeure statement is not used to remove mandatory delivery, termination or refund rights.

16. Customer remedies for late delivery

If delivery is not completed within the agreed time, the customer may set an appropriate additional period where the law requires it. If delivery still does not occur, or an additional period is unnecessary because timing was essential or delivery was refused, the customer may be entitled to end the contract and receive reimbursement. The particular remedy depends on the contract and circumstances.

17. Lost parcels

A parcel may be treated as potentially lost when it has no meaningful tracking progress beyond a reasonable carrier investigation period or when delivery cannot be substantiated. We may confirm the address, check carrier records and request a non-receipt statement. Once loss is established or the contractual delivery obligation has failed, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include replacement or refund.

18. Tracking says delivered but parcel is absent

Check the immediate property, letter area, authorised safe place, household members, reception and neighbours where appropriate. Then contact us with the tracking reference and confirmation of the checks. We will assess the delivery scan, photograph, geolocation or signature where available. We will not reject a valid claim solely because the carrier’s system uses the word “delivered”.

19. Damaged parcels

Retain the product and available packaging and photograph the exterior, label, internal protection and damage if reasonably possible. Do not use an item that may be unsafe. Prompt notice helps us claim against the carrier but is not an automatic condition of statutory rights. We arrange the consumer remedy; the customer is not required to negotiate compensation from our carrier.

20. Missing contents or tampering

If a parcel appears opened, resealed, unusually light or incomplete, record the condition before discarding packaging and contact us. We may compare packed weight, warehouse records and carrier scans. A police or fraud report may be appropriate for suspected theft, but will not be demanded routinely without a reasonable basis.

21. Customs and import processing

For any cross-border destination accepted at checkout, the shop must disclose before purchase whether duties, import tax or handling charges are included or may be payable separately. A known unavoidable mandatory charge is not described as an unexpected customer responsibility. Customs may inspect or delay a parcel. Customers must provide accurate information reasonably needed for lawful clearance.

22. Prohibited and restricted goods

Carriers and destinations may restrict batteries, liquids, aerosols, magnets, sharp items, chemicals, age-restricted goods or other regulated products. We will use an appropriate service where the product is lawfully deliverable. If lawful delivery is not available after acceptance, we will notify the customer and provide the appropriate refund.

23. Packaging

Packaging is selected to protect goods through ordinary transport while considering size, material use and carrier requirements. Branded packaging is not guaranteed. Customers should open parcels carefully and keep packaging until contents have been checked. Packaging damage alone may not mean product damage, but it should be documented where severe.

24. Gift orders

Gift messages or alternative recipient names are provided only where offered at checkout. The purchaser remains the contracting customer for payment and refunds. We do not guarantee anonymous packaging unless expressly offered. Delivery communications may go to the purchaser, recipient or both depending on the information provided.

25. Changes requested after dispatch

Carrier redirection, hold or safe-place features are controlled by the carrier and may affect delivery risk according to the authority given. Customers should use only verified carrier channels. We are not responsible for a fraudulent third-party redirection, but will investigate security or fulfilment failures within our control.

26. Returning goods

Return transport is governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Customers should obtain confirmed return instructions and should not treat the outbound shipping label as a return address. Proof of dispatch should be retained until the return and refund are completed.

27. Contact

For delivery support, email info@noblebaronsx.shop with the order number, delivery name, tracking reference and concise description. Do not send full card details. We may contact carriers or fulfilment partners and share the minimum information necessary to investigate and resolve delivery.
